本机采用全球最先进的视觉科技，将中底板拍照后立即自动转换成擦胶轨迹，擦胶轨迹立即快速放成全套尺码，再搭配四轴伺服控制系统作擦胶轨迹之控制。
鞋型记忆功能: (1)伺服擦胶轨迹之鞋型记忆(2)中帮座仰度之电动位置记忆，含左右脚内外腰不同高度自动切换(3)爪子前后电动调整位置记忆，含左右脚内外腰不同夹持点之自动切换，另可选用爪子加紧后往前动作再内拉后上拉之功能(4) 本机可储存至少300组鞋型记忆。
擦胶行程调整以直觉式镭射光照射点调整，仅需调整镭射光点位置即可快速调整所需之上胶长度及压块压着位置，达到调整光点位置即可设定结帮长度。
中帮爪子可直接调整左右间距、上下高度及前后位置，还可直接以电动方式进行同步或单边调整，并有位置记忆及左右脚自动切换位置功能。
中帮爪子可自动内拉，并可左右同步调整内拉压力大小，另具备左右独立寸动操作及内外腰不同高度之自动上拉功能，并可左右脚自动切换。
本机有自动上胶功能，送胶方式是伺服送胶，鞋面可不必先行擦胶，可简化结帮过程，独特设计之胶臂搭配伺服控制及视觉设定的擦胶路径，使结帮更为完美。
TH-688MAS is using the most advanced visual identification technol- ogy to format the cementing locus and four-axis servo-controlled ce-menting system to control two cement nozzles, by taking picture ofthe insole and it will convert the shape into a proportional cementingpath.
Programmability and Parameter Storage:(1) Programmable servo-controlled cementing path;(2) the angle of side-pressing seat is con-trolled by motor-driven mechanism according to different height ofwaist, the angle of side-pressing seat can be memorized with auto-matic left/right swapping function to adjust the best lasting position;(3) Pincer is controlled by motor-driven mechanism.The front-rear po-sition of pincer can be memorized with automatic size-grading andlef/right swapping function to adjust the best pulling position;(4) TH-688MAS equipped 300 sets of parameter storage.
The cementing length is according to the laser point,for setting the ce-menting length and numbers Of lasting fingers, only need to adjust thelaser point by rotating the knob.
Pincers have both left/right-pulling, up-pulling and forward-pulingfunctions. The position of up-pulling of inner and outer sides can be set differently, with programmable automatic lef/right shoe swappingfunction.
Pincers mechanism equipped automatically inward pulling with syn-
chronized adjustment for left/right pincer's pulling pressure and indi-vidually inch up-pulling movement with automatically detection ofinner waist or outer waist.
