JT-860-D高速数控雕铣中心主要针对大中型钢模、铜模、铝模的高速加工，采用高精密直线导轨、C3级滚珠丝杆及P4级轴承，具有高转速、精度高，加工速度快的特点。采用高刚性龙门式设计，在保证高速切削的同时，可以部分取代数控铣床（电脑锣）的加工。适用于汽车工业、家电业、注塑模具、五金模具、雕刻模具业.如：汽车轮胎、车灯模、紫铜电极、鞋模、玩具模、工艺品、精细冲模.烫金模具、高频模具、压花轮模具、石墨、压铸造模具等。
机床特结构：
*横梁采用三导轨支撑结构，提升机床的刚性和运动稳定性，保证精度。*X.Z轴配置6颗滑块支撑，大大提高了机头传动稳固性并提升刚性，保证精度。
JT-860-D Model Dragon-door Style High-speed Milling Machine mainly aims at the high-speed processing of large, middle-sized steel mould, copper mould and aluminum. It adapts to automobile industry, home electric appliance industry, injection mould, hardware mould and caving mould industry, such as, automobile tyre, vehicle light mould, copper electrode, shoe mould, toy mould, craftwork, fine die, bronzing mould, high frequency mould, knurling wheel mould, graphite, die-casting mould.
